"Come and see," said Jesus to those wondering about where he was staying and what he was about...and so we invite you to "come and see" what Jesus is doing for our lives and in our community.
We encourage you to check out our website using the categories at the left side of this webpage. Then join us on Sunday mornings for study, worship, fellowship, and lunch. And for those needing something more, come help us serve food at "A Just Harvest Community Kitchen" or sort clothes for distribution through our clothing pantry.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
On Wednesday nights at 7PM, please join us as we enjoy
"Journey Through the Bible" Joshua, Judges & Ruth" for our bible study. Please contact our office at 773-262-3667 to let us know you will be there, if possible, so that we have materials for you.
THANK YOU TO OUR CHURCH COMMUNITY!
The community came out, and we enjoyed the four weeks of Advent together, (the season to prepare and expect the birth of Christ coming to: Set us free, Give us hope, Rule our lives, And lift us up).
Children joined us on Sunday mornings at 11am for worship to light the candles of the Advent Wreath. They listened to the words of the prophets, and prayed with us for God to come powerfully and lovingly.
We also celebrated Christ’s birth…
on Christmas Eve, with lessons and carols.
On Christmas Day we enjoyed brunch followed by a “Do it yourself Christmas Pageant” at 11am.
Thank you for remembering and pondering with us, the reason we celebrate Christmas; God coming into our midst, to share our lives, and show us a better way. O come, all ye faithful, come.
Youth collected almost $100 for UNICEF!
Many thanks to our neighbors!
The day before Halloween, a group of twelve children and adults, from the Rogers Park
Presbyterian Church, dressed in costumes and went trick or treating for UNICEF. UNICEF
works in over 150 countries to provide children with healthcare, clean water, nutrition,
education, protection, emergency relief, and more. Through the generosity of our neighbors our
children collected $77 to help other children around the world. After which they returned to the
church for a food, games, and storytelling. Besides having a good time the children felt they
had done something meaningful and helpful in the lives of other children. Thanks to all you who responded so enthusiastically when they knocked on your door this year.
Our children hope to find many more of you at home next Halloween.
